◆ For items classified as Dead On Arrival (DOA) within the first 30 days of shipment. Byecold supplies a replacement.
◆ For replacement, the units must be delivered to the Byecold warehouse or the exclusive agency First for inspection. Upon confirmation of the DOA issue, Byecold will provide the pre-payer with a replacement for free and refundable shipping costs. A new device will be offered for dispatch within 7 working days.
